My Week in Macros: Dinner Edition

Having more free time in the summer means I have a little more time as I cook to share what I eat. Dinner becomes a bit of a balancing act for me because I tend not to plan my whole day in macros ahead of time unless I am anticipating a special meal. Usually on my way home from the gym I come up with a general plan (I typically keep many of my staple items stock in my fridge: What’s in My Fridge) and then begin entering items in MFP (MyFitnessPal: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/) which I use to track my food. Then I check how my macros stack up towards my goals: http://www.workingagainstgravity.com/blog/myfitnesspal-tutorial-checking-your-macros-micros It might sound like an irritating process, but it becomes second nature after awhile! Here’s a glimpse at a week of my dinners!

Saturday June 24th: Crabcakes & Veggies
